Are masks required? Yes, masks are required for all workshop sessions and services. NACOGU embraces the CDC guidelines of social distancing, wearing masks, self-temperature checks, and frequent hand washing. Is transportation provided from and to the airport? No. Attendees must make their own transportation arrangements from and to the airport. Is transportation provided between the church and the hotel? Yes. The Community Church of God will provide transportation from and to the church from all three hotels. Is registration refundable or transferable? No. Registration for the 2023 National Ushers Convention is non-refundable and non-transferable. Do I reserve my room through the National Ushers? No. Attendees must reserve their room(s) directly with the hotels. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. The Ypsilanti area is home to two universities and it is graduation season. What is the deadline to submit a journal ad? The deadline to submit a journal ad is February 28, 2023. When is Tee Shirt Day? Tee Shirt Day is on Saturday, May 20, 2023. We are asking all attendees, especially our ushers, if you have a tee shirt from a previous convention to bring it with you for Tee Shirt Day. Do I have to bring my ushers uniform? Yes!
